Tessa Thompson
The actress Tessa Lynn Thompson was born on October 3, 1983, in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter and granddaughter of the singer Marc Anthony Thompson, as also actor Bobby Ramos. Her childhood was spent in Los Angeles, before she moved to Brooklyn. She's of Mexican, British Isles and Afro-Panamanian heritage. Thompson participated in numerous productions at Santa Monica High School. She attended Santa Monica College after graduation and earned a cultural anthropology degree. The role she played was Juliet the character in William Shakespeare's play "Romeo as well as Juliet", in an Pasadena California production of The Boston Court Theatre. It was her nomination for the NAACP Theatre Award in the same year. In addition to the stage, In 2005, Tessa had her first television appearance in the CBS television series
