
Jazmine was born and raised to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pam, her mother was a former backup singer for Philadelphia International Records. When she was 5 years old, her dad landed in the role of curator for The city's Historic Strawberry Mansion in the Strawberry Mansion section, and her family relocated to the mansion's historical site. The 2005 Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts student who is majoring in vocal music. Sullivan began singing in the children's chorus as a contralto, after which she was a part of the adult chorus a couple of years after that. Sullivan received little exposure to secular music. She relates that she was eleven when someone wanted her to sing as a soloist at church. The singer wasn't quite ready to go. In the following year, McDonald's held a contest with children from large cities. I was allowed to sing "Accept the Grace of God" at it's Showtime At the Apollo. And the audience was very supportive. She sang with Stevie Wonder at his grandson's birthday at the age of 13. Sullivan aged 15 first got signed by Jive Records. At the age of 15 the label signed her to Jive Records. The label recorded her entire album, but it didn't get released. Sullivan was later dropped from the label. The singer had a great working partnership to Missy Elliott. Elliott produced many of her tracks and tracks, such as "Backstabbers" that was written by Timbaland.
